Job summary

The University of Warwick's Economics Department seeks an experienced administrator to support undergraduate teaching programmes and deliver an outstanding learning experience. You will handle module registration, timetabling, assessments, feedback and examinations in a busy office with strong student contact.

We offer hybrid working with potential home days and require occasional evening or weekend hours. Salary ranges from £26,707 to £30,378 per annum.

Qualifications

• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
• Experience in a student administration role in the higher education sector.
• High IT literacy and ability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with staff and students.

Responsibilities

• Support undergraduate teaching programmes administration.
• Deal with module registration, timetabling, assessments, feedback and examinations.
• Support student events including open days, enrolment and graduation.
• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required.
