Job summary

Airbus is offering an undergraduate placement within the Facilities Management and Real Estate UK (FMRE UK) team. The role is based at Filton, Bristol, with exposure to the Airbus UK site portfolio and General Services activities.

The placement focuses on financial management, supplier performance, and business operations support, with opportunities for site-to-site collaboration and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Business, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis and its presentation (graphics and dashboards).
• Open mind and proactive approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the site Head of General Services with the financial management of budgets and forecasting.
• Support the site Head of General Services with the performance management of suppliers.
• Support the UK Head of General Services with the business management of the UK organisation, may involve travel to other sites.
• Participate in CapEx planning and projects following Airbus principles.
• Lead improvement projects across the Facilities Management team in the UK.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting with transparent performance metrics.
• Develop relationships across the plant to anticipate business needs.
