Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton/UK seeks an undergraduate intern to support FMRE UK with budget forecasting and CapEX planning. You will help develop site strategies spanning space, real estate and services while contributing to workplace improvements and stakeholder engagement.

The role offers hybrid working options, exposure to a wide Airbus portfolio, and a focus on real estate and facilities management across the UK. Applicants must remain an undergraduate for the placement duration.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate status for the full duration of the placement.
• Interest in Facilities Management and related domains.

Responsibilities

• Support site HO Customer Facing with financial management of budgets and forecasting.
• Participate in CapEX planning and projects following Airbus principles.
• Develop site strategies including space management, sustainability, real estate, and services.
• Lead workplace-improvement projects as part of the Better Workplace initiative.
• Build relationships across the site to anticipate business needs.
