Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking an undergraduate intern for the Facilities Management and Real Estate (FMRE UK) team at the Broughton site in North Wales. The placement runs 12.5 months with a start date in August 2027, and involves supporting financial management and CapEX projects across Airbus UK sites.

The role requires studying towards a degree in Business or Facilities Management and offers hybrid working options where applicable, with a salary of £24,246 per year and 25 days holiday

Qualifications

• Undergraduate throughout placement; inform graduation date.
• Studying towards degree in Business, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the site Head of General Services with the financial management of budgets and forecasting.
• Support the UK Head of General Services and UK Waste Lead with the business management of the UK organisation; may involve travel.
• Participate in capital investment planning (CapEX) and projects.
• Lead improvement projects across Facilities Management in the UK.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting with transparent performance metrics.
• Develop relationships across the plant at all levels to anticipate business needs.
