Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is offering an internship in Facilities Management and Real Estate (FMRE UK) based at Filton, Bristol, with the chance to work across Airbus UK sites. Applicants must be undergraduate throughout the placement, with a degree focus in Business or Facilities Management and experience in data analysis and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate for the whole duration of the placement is mandatory.
• Studying towards a degree in Business, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in data analysis and its presentation (graphics and dashboards).
• Time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the site Head of General Services with the financial management of budgets and forecasting.
• Assist the site Head of General Services with the performance management of suppliers.
• Assist the UK Head of General Services with the business management of the UK organisation.
• May involve travel between sites while based at Filton.
• Participate in CapEx planning and projects according to Airbus principles.
• Support the integration of an MFT approach across Facilities Management in the UK.
• Contribute to driving improvements and timely reporting with transparent metrics.
