Job summary

The University of Bath is seeking an enthusiastic Undergraduate Admissions Support Officer to join the Undergraduate Admissions Team. You will take ownership of a portfolio of courses and guide applicants through the application process, providing an outstanding candidate experience.

You will assess UCAS applications, make offers or unfavourable decisions, check fee status, and collaborate with colleagues across Student Recruitment and Admissions.

Qualifications

• Background in administration or customer service with high accuracy.
• Ideally experience in higher education admissions.
• Proficiency in IT and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of courses and manage applicant experience throughout the process.
• Assess UCAS applications and make offers or unfavourable decisions.
• Check decisions by other team members and assess fee status.
• Support enquiries from prospective undergraduate students and participate in recruitment activities.
