The role requires an honours degree relevant to the teaching area, and progression towards a PhD/MPhil or PGT qualification, with strong IT and communication skills to enhance student learning and engage with online materials.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering and supporting undergraduate or postgraduate students.
• Experience supervising, mentoring or teaching students in practical/active learning environments.
• Relevant administrative experience in teaching/admin roles.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to planning, organisation and delivery of undergraduate teaching.
• Deliver teaching and assessment activities at undergraduate level.
• Participate in course administration including marking, assessment and feedback.
• Develop teaching materials to meet learning objectives.
• Use learning technologies to support delivery (Moodle, IT materials).
• Apply specialist knowledge to inclusive teaching for diverse learners.
• Participate in full assessment processes with various methods and timely feedback.
• Assist supervision of student projects/dissertations and advise on skills.
• Engage in continuing professional development activities.
• Undertake other duties as required by Head of School.
• Contribute to enhancement of the University’s international profile.
