Job summary

The University of Glasgow is seeking a candidate to contribute to an excellent student experience through teaching, assessment, and administrative duties primarily at the undergraduate level. Candidates should have a relevant Honours degree and teaching qualifications, alongside demonstrated teaching and administrative experience. The position is part-time and fixed term, with a salary range of £33,951 - £37,694.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of teaching.
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
• Relevant administrative experience e.g. Student support, course administration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver undergraduate teaching.
• Deliver a range of teaching and assessment activities.
• Provide timely feedback to students.

Skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to accept collegiate responsibilities

Education

A1 SCQF Level 10 Honours degree in a relevant subject

Professional teaching qualification or working towards one
