Qualifications

• GCSE English Language and Maths (or equivalent); Computer literate (Essential)
• Proven sales experience; Experience of working to targets (Essential)
• Previous customer service experience; (Essential)
• Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; regulated products experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Build warm, engaging relationships with our customers and match suitable products and services.
• Sell insurance policies and retain existing business through outbound and inbound calls using leads from across the business.
• Retain or generate additional income to support growth of the back book including renewals and reducing cancellations.
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, activity and quality targets and contribute to team goals.
• Input data into logs, trackers and databases to record activity and provide MI and audit trails.
