Job summary

PIB Group, Let Alliance, is seeking a Sales & Growth Executive in Chester to sell tenants’ insurance via outbound and inbound calls, using leads from across the Let Alliance businesses. You will convert leads, retain policies and push for growth in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

You should have GCSEs in English and Maths, be computer literate, and possess proven sales experience with a targets-driven mindset. The role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with targets.
• Customer service background considered essential.
• Experience in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Knowledge of regulated/insurance products is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sell tenants’ insurance via outbound and inbound calls using leads from Let Alliance.
• Build warm relationships and match suitable policies to customer needs.
• Retain or generate income by renewing policies and preventing cancellations.
• Meet or exceed sales, retention, activity and quality targets.
• Accurately log activity and results in logs and databases.
