Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a New Business Developer within PIB Insurance Brokers to generate quality sales leads and convert opportunities. You will identify decision-makers, open doors, and set first impressions with strong support to grow your sales career in a specialist division.

You will primarily handle outbound and inbound leads, maintain accurate data, and manage diaries while contributing to a collaborative team in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Top-class customer service and communication skills – someone who loves to go above and beyond
• Excellent attention to detail, productivity and organisation while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate quality sales leads through outbound calling (including cold calling and list cleansing), maximising opportunities and meeting agreed quantity and quality targets in line with procedures and regulations.
• Handle inbound commercial sales leads from third parties, supporting the outbound team to convert opportunities.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date and consistent information on databases and within secure, efficient filing systems.
• Produce and manage diaries, record activity and chase clients for outstanding information in a professional and polite manner.
