Pertemps Bond in Birmingham is seeking a Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join the Temporary Division. You will build strong client relationships, oversee the full 360 recruitment cycle, and drive new business in a fast-paced environment.

This role includes managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience for candidates and clients. The position offers a competitive salary DOE plus uncapped commission, with excellent career progression opportunities,

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years' 360 recruitment experience, ideally within commercial or business office support.
Proven track record of onboarding new clients and growing revenue.
A confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
Results-driven, resilient, and highly organised.
A team player who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
All aspects of the sales process, Cold Calling, Emailing, Door knocking, presentations.
Managing the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to placing top talent.
Delivering outstanding service to clients and candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Managing temporary workers, ensuring compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
Account management of existing clients and conducting regular business reviews
