Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Network & Latency Expert in the United Kingdom to lead LAN/WAN network audits for a trading platform. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing network data, supervising technical scripts for ultra-low latency audits, and conducting on-site inspections across seven locations. Ideal candidates should have expertise in financial infrastructures and experience in High Performance Computing, along with programming skills in Python. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Expert in LAN/WAN network, preferably with experience in High Performance Computing.
• Familiarity with financial infrastructure or trading environments is advantageous.
• Strong skills in Python for automation and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LAN/WAN network audit of a trading platform.
• Collect LAN, WAN, NIC, latency, and jitter data.
• Design and supervise analysis scripts for ultra-low latency and high availability audits.
• Participate in on-site inspections across multiple locations.
• Consolidate and structure collected data for analysis and deliverables.
