About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented marketing leader to join the UKI Field Marketing team. A rockstar leader who can connect marketing initiatives directly to commercial outcomes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to translate business priorities into integrated, multi-channel marketing programmes that accelerate pipeline growth and deliver measurable ACV.

This person will also lead and manage the talented UKI Industry Marketing team providing direction, coaching, and day-to-day support to ensure delivery, alignment to GTM priorities, and a strong connection between marketing activity and sales outcomes.

Success in this role also depends on leading from the front, owning key initiatives, managing risks, and communicating progress clearly to keep stakeholders aligned and confident in delivery.

You will

Foster a positive team culture, leading and developing the Industry Demand Generation marketing team through effective career and performance management.

Translate business priorities into clear, actionable, and data-led marketing strategies with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

Demonstrate independent ownership and strategic leadership of key programmes. Able to set direction, drive delivery, collaboration and report on results.

Provide structured, regular updates on UKI marketing activity and performance to senior marketing and sales stakeholders, to ensure awareness and enable clear decision-making

Use performance data and insights to continuously optimise and evolve programmes cross channel, working with channel and campaign partners to identify the high-impact actions that will drive the biggest returns.

Serve as a strategic partner to the business, leading with recommendations and shaping marketing’s role in the growth of the business

Guide and support the UKI Marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, curiosity, and results-orientation.

About You

You’ll bring significant experience in field marketing, with a strong track record of translating business priorities into impactful marketing strategies. You are a dynamic people leader with proven ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed environment with multiple senior stakeholders. You’ll be instrumental in evolving our go-to-market strategy and driving the commercial success of the UKI region.

As a leader and mentor to a team of marketers, you work collaboratively with EMEA and Global marketing colleagues, sales leadership, and cross-functional partners to deliver results. You lead with clarity, bring a strategic lens to marketing execution, and are equally comfortable aligning on the big-picture direction and leaning in to get it done.

Basic Qualifications

15 years of experience in marketing

Proven track record of managing and developing diverse teams.

Strong background in holistic digital strategies.

Expertise in building customer-centric marketing strategies.

Other Qualifications

Results-driven marketing professional with a proven ability to deliver commitments on time while achieving or exceeding business goals.

Knowledge of the local enterprise software market, preferably within HR and/or Financial applications

Strategically-minded but willing to be very hands on to get programs executed

Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs that drive pipeline

Ability to work with people at all levels of an organisation including executive management, sales, and marketing

Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and visionary self-starter.

Results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
