Job summary

Wave Search is partnering with a global consulting and technology firm to recruit a UKG Pro WFM Specialist to oversee scheduling, forecasting and budgeting across a large UK retail estate. You will own UKG Pro WFM setup, accuracy and continuous improvement.

Location is London/Coventry, hybrid 1-2 days in the office. You will work with store ops, HR, payroll and IT to ensure compliant, cost-effective labour plans and provide insightful reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Real, hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management.
• Depth in Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting, Budgeting and labour planning.
• ADP Workforce Manager experience will be considered as alternative.
• Good feel for retail workforce operations, timekeeping and labour compliance.
• Strong reporting skills and ability to handle high-volume data in multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and looking after UKG Pro WFM, including Scheduling, Absence and Forecasting
• Running advanced scheduling and forecasting so labour plans and budgets hold up
• Keeping employee data accurate across every location, from hire to retire
• Supporting timekeeping, scheduling and labour tracking across the estate
• Ensuring schedules follow labour law, company policy and shift regulations
• Building operational and payroll reports, and informing leaders on costs and staffing
• Solving system problems, and working with UKG support when needed
• Training managers, HR and store teams, and acting as the point of contact when issues arise

They're growing their retail workforce practice and need a UKG Pro WFM Specialist to take charge of scheduling, forecasting and budgeting across large, multi-location retail operations.

The Opportunity

This is a firm that works with many of the world's leading enterprises, and retail is where they're doing some of their most interesting workforce work right now. It comes down to a simple idea: get the right people into the right store at the right time, and you protect margin while keeping staff and customers happy. You'd own how UKG Pro WFM is set up, how accurate it is, and how it gets better over time, across a big retail estate.

What You'll Be Doing

• ADP Workforce Manager experience will be considered as an alternative
• A good feel for retail workforce operations, timekeeping and labour compliance
• Strong reporting skills, and the care to handle high-volume data accurately
• Experience in multi-location, shift-based environments
• Clear communication, and the confidence to work with store ops, HR, payroll and IT
