Job summary

Involved Solutions LTD. is seeking an experienced UKG Pro Workforce Management Consultant to support a large-scale retail transformation. You will configure, implement and optimise UKG Pro WFM across multiple locations, with a focus on Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and Budgeting.

This permanent hybrid role is London or Coventry, with 1–2 days onsite. The role collaborates with HR, Payroll, IT and Operations to improve workforce planning, labour efficiency and compliance, delivering reports

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM or ADP Workforce Manager.
• Expertise in Advanced Scheduling, Forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with retail or multi-location workforce environments.
• Knowledge of timekeeping, absence management and labour compliance.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize UKG Pro WFM modules across locations.
• Forecast labour needs and budget efficiently.
• Support timekeeping, absence and shift management.
• Develop workforce reports covering costs and productivity.
• Deliver system training to HR, payroll and store teams.
• Coordinate upgrades and integrations.
