Job summary

Cotech Building Careers is seeking a Site/Project Manager for a major refurbishment programme across the UK. Projects include commercial, health, and office refurbishments with values from £500k to £3m. The role requires mobility to sites from Leeds to Plymouth and fast-paced shutdown experience.

You will work under a visiting Operations Manager, chair client meetings, manage subcontractors, and ensure thorough site records and programmes. Induction in March with potential permanent prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering live, fast-paced shutdowns.
• Capable of working autonomously within main contractor processes.
• Able to chair site and client meetings; produce programmes and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Chair site and client meetings and report progress.
• Produce and steward project programmes.
• Manage subcontractors and maintain accurate site records.
• Make quick commercial and delivery decisions across diverse locations.
