Job summary

Revlon Consumer Products LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager for our Stone Warehouse in Staffordshire, UK. This onsite role leads warehouse operations, drives performance against KPIs, and ensures health and safety standards are met across the UK distribution network.

You will oversee warehouse teams, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced logistics environment. The position requires strong leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing people, operational performance and budgets.
• Strong track record of leading teams and driving high levels of employee engagement.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse, processing and operations office activities.
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and development to warehouse teams.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement and development in line with company policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyse operational and financial performance data to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, legal requirements and company standards.
• Oversee site housekeeping and maintenance activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Lead change initiatives and support business growth through effective operational planning and execution.
