Job summary

Revlon in the UK seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our Stone distribution warehouse. This role manages warehouse operations, drives KPI performance, and ensures health and safety compliance across the UK network.

Based at Stone warehouse, the role is full-time, 40 hours over five days, with potential weekend activity as needed. You will lead warehouse teams, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing people, operational performance and budgets.
• Strong track record of leading teams and driving employee engagement.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse, processing and operations office activities.
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and development to warehouse teams.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement and development in line with company policies and procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyse operational and financial performance data to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, legal requirements and company standards.
• Oversee site housekeeping and maintenance activities to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Lead change initiatives and support business growth through effective operational planning and execution.
