Job summary

Revlon is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our UK distribution operations from the Stone warehouse in Staffordshire. You will direct warehousing, processing, and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service and KPI performance in a fast-paced, 24/5 environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, budget oversight, and a strong focus on health and safety, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing people, performance and budgets.
• Strong track record of leading teams and driving engagement.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse, processing, and operations office activities.
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are achieved or exceeded.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and development to warehouse teams.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement and development in line with policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyse operational and financial performance data to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and external partners.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company standards.
• Oversee site housekeeping and maintenance to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Lead change initiatives and support business growth through effective planning and execution.
