Job summary

Revlon is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our UK warehouse operations from the Stone facility in Staffordshire. You will drive performance, coach teams, manage KPIs, and ensure safety and compliance across a fast-paced logistics network.

The role requires 40 hours per week over 5 days with onsite parking. You will oversee warehousing, processing and related office activities, promoting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience managing people, budgets and operational performance.
• Strong track record of leading teams and driving engagement.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management and logistics best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all warehouse, processing and operations office activities.
• Deliver operational excellence while ensuring customer service levels and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Provide strong leadership, coaching and development to warehouse teams.
• Manage employee performance, attendance, engagement and development per policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning initiatives.
• Analyse performance data to identify efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and high standards of site housekeeping.
• Lead change initiatives and support business growth through planning and execution.
