A24 Films LLC in London is seeking a Post-Production & Delivery Executive for UK Television. You will own the post-production, delivery, and international servicing function, setting standards, priorities, and vendor strategy to meet episodic deadlines and deliver top-quality materials worldwide.

This hybrid role requires 3-4 days in-office and close collaboration with showrunners, producers, and legal to manage budgets, schedules, and vendor partnerships across all episodes and seasons.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience within post-production and delivery.
• Organized and extremely detail-oriented.
• Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking and time management.
• Creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Strong working knowledge of high-quality finishing vendors for picture, VFX, and sound.
• Hands-on experience with 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos workflows.
• Experience with international distribution platforms and partner management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, and Avid. Experience with Indee and Flow Capture is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the UK TV post function end to end for projects.
• Strategize production and post-production plans for TV series.
• Attend final mix playback sessions and approve final deliverables.
• Evaluate pilots and series to estimate post costs and needs.
• Build post budgets and calendars with key teams.
• Track and manage post-related costs with partners.
• Work with production teams to staff post and advise on key vendors.
• Review bids to guarantee delivery within budget.
• Review post calendars and communicate material availability.
• Facilitate onboarding of production teams and dailies workflow.
• Disseminate best content-sharing practices and enforce policies.
• Vet main and end titles with the legal team.
• Coordinate content for press screenings, premieres, and festivals.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Marketing, Music, and Distribution to resolve issues.
• Strengthen partnerships with distributors through high-quality service.
• Research and stay current on new vendors and industry trends.
• Coordinate localization of screener links and files for international distributors.
• Manage digital screeners for international distributors.
• Watermark series and episodic files and marketing materials.
• Confirm delivered media is present on drives and LTOs.
• Archive media and related assets.
