Job summary

SUCCESS TALENT in London is seeking a Production Technology Project Manager to lead the technology initiatives across UK production teams. You will be the main point of contact for productions in the UK, guiding delivery from pre-production through post-production.

You will coordinate with USA-based Studio Technology engineers, lead multiple shows, define charters, scope, timelines, and manage budgets. Strong communication, and ability to map workflows with Lucidchart are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, utilizing waterfall and agile methodology
• 3+ years pf experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects reflecting a wide range of technologies, complexities, and duration
• Experience working in cross-functional technical teams, including architects, infrastructure and data engineers, software developers, system reliability engineers, storage engineers, audio/visual or post-production engineers to meet expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment
• Project management tools such as Smartsheet and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead calls with productions across the phases: pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Coordinate with Studio Technology engineers in the USA to ensure tasks are completed by production timeline.
• Lead multiple shows and concurrent technology initiatives throughout their lifecycle, including intake, charter and scope, plan development, and post mortems.
• Ensure clear reporting of project status: timelines, milestones, budget status, and issues to program management and stakeholders.
• Create workflow diagrams of production technology processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve efficiency.
