Job summary

A24 in London is seeking a Post-Production & Delivery Executive to lead our UK Television post-production, delivery, and international servicing. You will set standards, priorities, and vendor strategy to ensure the highest quality materials reach partners worldwide.

This hybrid role requires 3-4 days in-office per week. You will manage budgets, calendars, cost tracking, and vendor relationships across international projects, working closely with legal, finance, marketing, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in post-production and delivery.
• Excellent organizational and detail orientation.
• Self-starter with multitasking and time management skills.
• Creative problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Knowledge of high-quality finishing vendors for picture, VFX, and sound.
• Hands-on experience with 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos workflows.
• Experience with international distribution platforms and partner management.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK TV post function end to end from pre-production to post, delivery, and servicing for UK/International projects.
• Strategize production and post-production plans for television series to ensure top finishing across episodes and seasons.
• Attend final mix sessions with showrunners and approve final episodic and season deliverables.
• Estimate post-production costs and needs, advising Creative, Finance, and Production.
• Build post budgets and calendars in collaboration with key production leads.
• Track and manage post-related costs with producing partners.
• Advise on staffing and key vendors to support creative vision.
• Review bids to ensure delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate localization and distribution logistics for international partners.
