Job summary

A leading transportation services provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a UK Transport Desk Manager. This full-time, permanent position involves managing UK transport operations, ensuring compliance and safety. Candidates should have Senior Transport Planner experience, ideally with CPC qualification, and be adept in multi-temperature distribution. Qualifications

• Experience managing a large team of HGV drivers.
• Direct experience in multi-temperature or chilled/frozen food distribution.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and EU Transport Legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily route planning and scheduling.
• Utilise TMS for cost-effective and compliant routes.
• Coordinate vehicle movements and resource allocation.
