Inclusion IQ LTD in Lisburn is seeking a Transport Planner (all levels) to join our expanding team. This permanent on-site role designs efficient, cost-effective routes across NI, ROI and GB, leveraging strong planning skills to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning with strong geographical knowledge.
• Experience with chilled, frozen, ambient goods, drinks or Pharma preferred.
• Proficient using a Transport Management System (TMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet customer requirements for safe, efficient transport across GB per procedures.
• Plan efficient routes for HGV and Class 1 vehicles.
• Track trailer movements and update customers.
• Coordinate temperature-controlled planning for time-sensitive shipments.
• Liaise with subcontractors and briefing drivers on routes.
