Key focus areas include route optimisation, monthly leadership reporting, and ensuring health and safety compliance while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in implementing and scaling transport operations across new geographical regions.
• Strong knowledge of multi-drop route optimisation, particularly within London and the surrounding areas, to maximise delivery performance and efficiency.
• The ability to produce clear and structured monthly reporting for the Operations Director and senior leadership team.
• Excellent Excel skills to deliver quality reports and root-cause analysis.
• A can-do attitude to ensure our customers receive best-in-class service.

Responsabilités

• Lead depot transport operations to deliver on-time, cost-effective service.
• Oversee driver administration, compliance checks and performance.
• Drive fleet expansion and telematics implementation.
• Collaborate with IT to automate ERP -> MaxOptra transport planning.
• Develop monthly performance reporting for leadership and KPI tracking.
• Maintain health, safety and compliance across the depot.
