Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Transport Planner to optimise routes across multiple depots and manage a small fleet of drivers and vehicles. You will focus on safety, efficiency, and KPI attainment in a busy, customer-focused environment.

Reporting to the Regional Transport Manager, you’ll play a key role in route planning, performance delivery, and liaison with drivers to ensure timely and compliant operations across our UK depots.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning across multiple depots, managing drivers and vehicles.
• Knowledge of UK road networks and compliance requirements for O-licence.
• Ability to review routes for efficiency and cost-conscious decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise transport routes across depots to maximise KPI targets.
• Ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance for drivers and vehicles.
• Brief and de-brief drivers, resolve transport issues promptly, monitor performance against KPIs.
