Sales & Performance:

• - Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• - Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• - Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• - Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
