Mountain Warehouse in Portrush is seeking a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while delivering a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience for every customer.

You will drive coaching, training, and mentoring, oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, and lead visual merchandising while upholding health and safety. The role offers a monthly bonus, generous leave, and a pension.
