Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with ICAS/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience of audit in a UK-based context.
• Experience within statutory reporting.
• Technical ability to prepare, review and ensure accuracy of statutory accounts.
• Knowledge of UK and US GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit consolidation for multiple UK entities and accounts.
• Prepare and approve audit packs and statutory accounts under FRS 102 guidance.
• Identify and calculate statutory adjustments during UK GAAP conversions.
• Coordinate with ledger controllers and auditors on technical accounting issues.
• Maintain awareness of statutory reporting developments and ensure compliance.
