Job summary

Cammach is recruiting a UK Statutory Reporting Accountant for a 12-month contract based in Aberdeen. The role sits in a busy Finance Team, handling statutory accounts and external audits, with a hybrid working arrangement.

You will prepare and review statutory accounts for multiple UK entities, drive accuracy and consistency in reporting, and support Brexit/IFRS considerations as required. Essential qualifications include ICAS/ACCA/CIMA and audit experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (ICAS/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
• Experience of audit and statutory reporting.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and US GAAP.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee audit packs and statutory accounts preparation under FRS 102.
• Coordinate with auditors and ledger controllers on audit requirements.
• Prepare statutory adjustments when converting from US to UK GAAP.
• Identify issues early and escalate for resolution with senior management.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and transfer pricing analysis as needed.
