Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the wider UK sales team to achieve goals, stepping in for the Sales Director when required.
• Driving Sales Growth: Own strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand client base, manage RFPs and pricing governance.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and deepen relationships with key clients, represent the business at events.
• Market Analysis: Lead market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and growth areas.
• Collaboration: Work with tech, content, marketing and project management for cohesive client solutions.
• Financial Oversight: Interpret data to assess financial performance and decide on RFP responses.
