Job summary

Gravity Media seeks a full-time broadcast sound assistant based in High Wycombe. You will rig sound systems, prepare and maintain equipment for outside broadcasts, and liaise with venues to ensure safe installations. You will also engage in talent management with presenters and guests.

Full training is provided; some travel (national and international) and weekend work are required. A UK driving licence is preferred and eligibility to work in the UK applies.

Qualifications

• Graduates with an engineering, IT or computer science degree.

Responsibilities

• Rigging broadcast sound systems, including commentary boxes and studios.
• Preparing and maintaining sound equipment before/after outside broadcasts.
• Liaising with venues to ensure safe and appropriate installations.
• Talent management, working with presenters, guests and commentators.
