Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC seeks a Prop osition Manager to shape the UK Savings proposition. You will define the product strategy, design pricing, and drive commercial initiatives to grow market share and customer acquisition in a dynamic, digital-first environment.

Lead lifecycle activities from discovery to value delivery, manage market propositions amid regulatory factors, and influence senior stakeholders through briefings and presentations.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyse data, interpret trends and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Deep understanding of commercial drivers and pricing strategies for savings propositions.
• Experience leading product lifecycle activities from discovery to value management.

Responsibilities

• Help define and execute the product strategy for UK Savings, including proposition design and pricing.
• Develop and execute commercial initiatives to drive market share, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities to inform product decisions.
• Manage propositions in market, working across functions to deliver good customer outcomes and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyse product and campaign performance, and implement improvements.
