Job summary

Tria is seeking an experienced UK Risk Business Partner to join the Group Risk function. The role spans collaboration with senior leaders as a trusted adviser, driving risk insights and strengthening risk governance across the business unit.

You will report to the Head of Risk Business Partners and help embed risk management into strategy, transformation, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a business-facing risk role partnering with senior leaders.
• Background in technology, fintech, financial services or professional services advisory environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and governance practices.
• Proven ability to influence Executive and senior leadership stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk analysis and guidance to support strategic and operational objectives.
• Embed effective risk management practices within day-to-day operations and transformation initiatives.
• Influence decision-making at senior levels and strengthen the business unit's risk profile.
• Partner with the designated business unit to drive informed decision-making within risk appetite.
