  4. Supporting RFP TLs in ensuring that customer queries across all markets are dealt with in a timely manner and achieving pre-set SLAs.
  5. Review & define strategic priorities for the team, ensuring a customer-centric approach and maximising value for the business.
  6. Close monitoring of performance management and suggest ways to improve department efficiency.
  7. Keep operational effectiveness as a priority and suggest ways of simplifying processes, whilst ensuring full adherence to any compliance requirements.
  8. Ensure RFP TLs are aligned in terms of priorities and departmental objectives.
  9. Together with the Operations Director, help define & deliver a strategic and operational roadmap for Risk, Fraud and Payments.
  10. Maintain an excellent working relationship and collaboration with other departments.
  11. Give a qualitative analysis of results obtained in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team.
  12. Supporting TLs with issues and escalations from the relevant Compliance/AML Governance Officers including qualitative reporting.
  13. Collaborate closely with the functions within the RFP area, such as QA, Systems & Training, and the other operational areas, such as CS, SG, and AML.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

  2. A minimum of two years experience in Risk, Fraud & Payments, alongside an understanding of relevant RFP, AML & SG laws, gaming regulations, and compliance obligations.
  3. Flexibility in a dynamic regulatory environment and adapting to RFP processes and best practice changes.
  4. Skills in balancing RFP regulatory and risk obligations with maintaining a positive customer experience.
  5. Employing logical and objective reasoning to assess RFP risks and make informed decisions.
  6. Being proactive in staying updated with RFP trends, industry best practices, and emerging threats.
  7. Experience in data analysis, specifically the ability to analyze patterns of Fraud & deception.
  8. Great time management, attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.
  9. Familiarity with the UK online gambling regulatory landscape.
  10. Experience with SEON or other anti-fraud tools will be considered an asset.
