• Strategy & Commercial Growth: Own the UK Revision business and marketing strategy for Hip & Knee; identify opportunities and drive KPIs.
• Portfolio & Product Management: Own portfolio positioning, lifecycle management and competitive strategy.
• Salesforce & Customer Engagement: Translate strategy into actionable sales tools and training; support priority accounts.
• Faculty, Education & Launch Excellence: Lead UK faculty and KOL strategy; manage launches and pricing.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership: Align Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Global teams around priorities.
