Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a dynamic Platform Manager in the Joints Marketing team in Leeds. You will turn strategy into action, supporting campaigns, Salesforce communications, faculty activities, product launches and congress planning across Hip, Knee, Revision and VELYS.

You will work closely with Marketing Managers to drive commercial activity, manage key portfolios, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact campaigns and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing within medical devices or healthcare is essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work at pace.

Responsibilities

• Support UK marketing plan across Hip, Knee, Revision and VELYS.
• Turn strategy into engaging activity for customers and the salesforce.
• Develop marketing materials, campaigns, presentations and communications.
• Coordinate faculty and customer activities and educational programmes.
• Lead UK Congress planning and execution across portfolios.
• Take ownership of Cement portfolio communications and materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical Education, Clinical and Communications teams.
