Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly motivated Revision Marketing Manager to lead the UK Revision portfolio strategy for Hip & Knee products. You will drive market share growth, customer engagement, and successful product launches within the Joints Marketing team, collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional/global experts.

You will translate portfolio priorities into commercial plans and salesforce direction, track KPIs, lead national meetings, and optimise portfolio

• Own UK Revision business and marketing strategy for Hip & Knee.
• Identify priority accounts, customers and growth opportunities.
• Drive market share, conversion and commercial performance.
• Track KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and take action.
• Lead Revision activity at national meetings and congresses.
• Own portfolio positioning, lifecycle management and competitive strategy.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and sales messaging.
• Identify market trends and portfolio opportunities; address gaps.
• Partner with Supply Chain/IBP on forecasting and inventory planning.
• Lead Orthokit optimisation to support customer needs.
• Translate strategy into clear, actionable salesforce direction.
• Develop sales tools, competitive messaging and training.
• Ensure teams understand where to play, how to win and how to position.
