Job summary

Principle HR is partnering with a global technology leader to hire a Technical Program Manager for its eDiscovery & Information Governance team. This in-house role blends program leadership with hands-on technical work, including writing SQL, shaping AI usage, and managing intake and case work across global litigation, regulatory and governance matters.

You will design playbooks, dashboards, and evaluation frameworks, drive cross-functional workflows, and help senior stakeholders turn complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management, including direct support of eDiscovery, information governance or legal operations teams.
• Hands-on SQL skills. You write and run your own queries.
• Experience owning development and tooling lifecycles.
• Proven record of running complex intake processes and cross-functional workflows at scale.
• Experience building performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Background in high-stakes global litigation, regulatory or governance matters.
• Ability to work independently and drive accountability with little direction from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own intake and triage for incoming legal requests; track progress and deadlines.
• Write and run SQL queries to support case work and program reporting.
• Manage the lifecycle of the team's apps, scripts and internal tooling; drive AI/eDiscovery enhancements.
• Build scalable, defensible playbooks, workflows, policies and templates.
• Design evaluation frameworks and dashboards to show program health.
• Partner with product teams to get methodologies reviewed and documented.
• Turn complex technical and legal information into clear updates for internal partners.
