Job summary

Aquent is partnering with a global technology leader to hire a Technical Program Manager focused on eDiscovery and Information Governance. You will drive strategic initiatives, manage multiple workstreams, and align teams across AI, data science, and legal operations.

Remote UK-based role with a 12-month contract framework and high-impact delivery expectations. You will own end-to-end plans, develop scalable playbooks, and report progress to stakeholders, including Outside Counsel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program/project management, with direct support of eDiscovery, IG, or legal operations.
• Hands-on SQL and tooling lifecycle ownership; you perform technical analysis yourself.
• Experience building performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Proven ability to partner with diverse in-house and external teams at scale.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques for complex programs.
• Experience supporting high-stakes global litigation, regulatory, or information governance matters.
• Ability to translate complex info into actionable, executive-ready plans.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategic plans and roadmaps with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end program plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage intake, triage, and blockers across multiple workstreams.
• Provide regular status updates to partners and Outside Counsel.
• Develop scalable playbooks, policies, workflows, and templates.
• Execute SQL queries and perform technical analyses to support reporting.
• Drive enhancements to AI/eDiscovery tools and lifecycle of internal tooling.
• Draft methodology documentation with product and SME teams.
• Build evaluation frameworks and dashboards to monitor program health.
• Convey complex technical and legal information clearly to varied audiences.
