Job summary

INTEC SELECT LIMITED is seeking a Technical Program Manager for eDiscovery & Information Governance on a 12-month contract, fully remote in the UK. The role sits between strategy and delivery, owning multiple workstreams across global litigation, regulatory and information governance initiatives, with emphasis on SQL-driven reporting, tool enhancements and scalable playbooks.

You'll build dashboards, define metrics, and communicate progress to partners and Outside Counsel while shaping roadmaps

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management for eDiscovery or legal ops.
• Hands-on SQL and tooling lifecycle management.
• Experience managing complex intake processes and cross-functional workflows.
• Experience building performance metrics.
• Experience supporting high-stakes litigation or regulatory matters.
• Strong communication and independent work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program plans with cross-functional teams and milestones.
• Write and run SQL to support case work and reporting.
• Improve AI and eDiscovery tools and manage lifecycle of internal apps.
• Build scalable playbooks, workflows and templates.
• Create metrics dashboards for completion rates and turnaround times.
• Provide updates to internal partners and outside counsel.
• Shape roadmaps and scope new AI/technology initiatives.
