Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a technically hands-on Technical Program Manager III for eDiscovery & Information Governance. Remote, UK. A 12‑month contract requiring 5+ years in program management, hands-on SQL, and experience with AI, data governance and complex litigation workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams across legal, product, data science and engineering, shaping roadmaps, managing end-to-end delivery and ensuring defensible processes through scalable playbooks and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program or project management, ideally within eDiscovery, information governance or legal operations.
• Hands-on SQL analysis and implementation experience.
• Experience supporting complex litigation, regulatory or information governance matters.
• Experience developing metrics, dashboards and reporting.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning or data science teams.
• Professional services or client consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Program Strategy & Roadmap: develop roadmaps and assess tech trends.
• Program & Project Delivery: manage end-to-end plans and milestones.
• Intake & Workflow Management: own intake processes and triage.
• Technical Execution: write and run SQL queries to support casework.
• Tooling & Process Improvement: enhance AI and eDiscovery tools and lifecycle ownership.
• Process Documentation: create scalable playbooks, policies and templates.
• Metrics & Reporting: establish KPIs and dashboards.
• Stakeholder Management: provide status updates to internal and external partners.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: translate complex info into actionable plans.
