Hyland, a leading content services platform provider, seeks a Sales Development Representative based in the United Kingdom. You will drive outreach, identify qualified leads, and nurture prospects to expand Hyland's UK presence.

In this role you will partner with account managers to educate prospects on Hyland's solutions, manage multi-channel campaigns, and participate in events to generate pipeline. Remote UK work and travel up to 10% are expected to support cross‑regional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with clear, impactful writing and speaking.
• Ability to establish rapport and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Curiosity for technology with strong business sense and probing questions.
• Self-motivated with high energy and independent work style.

Responsabilités

• Initiate discovery calls to qualified lead prospects with AM support, gathering information and assessing needs.
• Maintain regular outreach to identified prospects via email and phone to drive sales across the UK.
• Generate new qualified leads through targeted campaigns and collaboration with Field Reps and cross-functional teams.
• Attend trade shows and events, engage booth visitors, and follow up leads with account managers.
• Review RFPs, assist with documentation, and facilitate transition calls as prospects move to sales.
• Update internal systems and leverage a multi‑tactical tech stack to maximize outreach efficiency.
