Job summary

ABM is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to provide hands-on technical support across multiple contracts. You will coach Mobile Engineers, oversee compliance, and coordinate critical M&E activities. Travel across the UK with full driving licence is expected.

You will review risk assessments, permits, and switching schedules, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery. The role requires leadership, problem solving, and strong communication to support Contract Managers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in M&E Building Services.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and safety.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Experience in supervision/lead engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to Mobile Engineers.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance and safe systems of work.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise critical engineering activities.
• Deliver practical coaching to engineers and maintain competency records.
• Investigate technical issues and support root-cause analyses.
• Represent engineering delivery in client discussions and meetings.
