Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to provide hands-on technical support and coaching across multiple contracts. The role focuses on compliant, safe delivery of M&E building services and senior technical oversight on regional projects.

You will support Mobile Engineers and Contract Managers, conduct audits, plan critical works, and drive improvements in asset performance and maintenance practices, with travel across the UK required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in M&E Building Services.
• HNC/HND or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and engineering best practice.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coach and support engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to Mobile Engineers.
• Conduct site audits to ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising critical engineering activities.
• Deliver practical technical coaching to Mobile Engineers.
• Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis.
• Attend operational or technical meetings and prepare information for client discussions.
