Job summary

ABM Careers is seeking a Regional Engineering Supervisor to provide hands-on technical support across multiple M&E building services contracts in the UK. You will coach Mobile Engineers, drive compliance, and coordinate critical works to maintain safe, efficient operations.

You will work with Contract Managers, perform site audits, review risk assessments, and supervise engineers on high-risk tasks, ensuring adherence to procedures and engineering best practices. Travel across the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in M&E building services.
• Experience supervising engineers and coordinating on-site tasks.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and safety practices.
• Ability to coach and develop technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to Mobile Engineers.
• Conduct site audits to ensure compliance and safe systems of work.
• Plan and supervise critical engineering activities with risk controls.
• Coach and develop competence records for engineers.
• Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis.
• Prepare information for client discussions and ensure contractual delivery.
