Qualifications

• Strong background in production or labour planning with forecasting experience.
• Experience leading a team and coaching individuals to improve performance.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills; familiarity with applying AI to planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK production plan end to end, balancing efficiency and plan attainment.
• Own the site planning structure and scale hiring of the operational workforce.
• Own the ramp and seasonal calendar, planning ahead rather than reacting.
• Lead, coach and elevate the planning team and executives.
• Continuously improve planning strategy using data and feedback.
• Collaborate with BI, Operations and stakeholders to automate processes.
• Generate and analyse weekly/monthly KPIs and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance for the team across Food Safety, Health & Safety and standards.
