Job summary

G's Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Production Planner to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. You will create and issue daily and weekly production plans, align them with technical and operational needs, and monitor the box machine performance to optimise line efficiency.

You will work closely with Production, Procurement, Technical, and the Central Packaging Team to maintain stock accuracy and traceability, lead planning meetings, and drive cost reductions while meeting

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with strong planning and prioritisation abilities.
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Produce daily and weekly production plans.
Align plans with technical and operational requirements.
Plan and schedule the box machine and monitor KPI performance.
Maintain stock traceability and inventory accuracy.
Manage finished goods stock to meet customer demand.
Communicate stock concerns proactively to stakeholders.
Coordinate with Central Packaging Team on packaging stock.
Lead weekly packaging stock takes.
Lead the daily Planning Commitment Meeting and review performance.
Collaborate with Procurement, Technical, Production and Site Planning for clear communication.
Continuously review and optimise production plans to reduce costs.
Record and report daily planning KPIs on time.
